@ofnir123 I don't actually hate this game. It does suck by FF standards, but it's not a massive piece of shit like XIII was.

The music is pretty hit and miss, some tracks are decent, like this one, while others are horrid abominations.

The character design is still extremely weak (like in XII) and the cast is also among the weakest in a main FF game.

It's a pretty mediocre Final Fantasy game, but it's somewhat entertaining if you lower your expectations a lot.

@andoc That's a pretty deep review of a game that just came out two days ago... I mean really, if you already have experienced everything in the game, you can't possibly have enjoyed it, no matter how good or bad it is.

And BTW, so far, EVERY character in FF is a walking cliché anyways, so it's not like there's anything "deep" to them. If anything, I'm glad to see characters that don't go "oh shit, my life ain't perfect, THE WORLD SUCKS!"

As for clichèd characters, who said they weren't? And not all Final Fantasy characters claimed their life ain't perfect or the world sucked. You're thinking VII onwards. IV's cast was cliched too, though.

I did the demo twice and have loved this song the first time i heard it!!!!! guitars parts in video games rule! and the games seams just to amazing... they add some serious kick ass improvement!! i like 13 but now with feral link and monster system, side quests with npc, open area exploring, storyline through time, Gil after every battles and mog makes that games so better! That's definitive... I can't wait to 31 january!!! with the collector edition =)

@keero16 I think they made the battle system harder to get a 5 stars. The only times I got 5 stars is when I got a preemptive strike and got lucky with enemey placement on weak enemies.

One of the other reasons it's rare is 200% rare item and 200% item drop rate it would be amazing to get it off a enemey with really good items to be dropped.
