@nynetjunkie No, those were two different wipes, one in which a rocket boot malfunction caused the boss' aggro to get screwed up and one in which everyone got stuck when trying to get on top of the pillars.

I hate to sound like a negative nancy; but do you think that maybe you're overextending yourself stony? I know lore was talking about going through a similar situation, and delegating out some responsibilities helped him get a great deal more done. I know it's hard to find someone capable that you can trust with something so important, but maybe you should give it a go? Better then failing.
