hey hey! Have you ever read the ebook How to Shake the Online Poker Money Tree ? I got some very helpful advice from it and now play like a shark and win all the time now without sweat.
you guys are dead on, I have played players who are way agressive, it seems the more aggressive players bluff more, but yes, you never know, they are hard to read, I feel, if you have a good hand, then play it, stay in, if not, fold it, move on to the next hand.
@LowCalorieVideos i believe the minimun raise is the big blind amount. and the minimun reraise is at least twice the raise. i'm not really sure if that's "the rule" but that's the way we play
Rofl, Lets play 1 on 1 my FTP name = faddrum1037 =D
And yeah
I found on Full Tilts blog last friday you can make an account on the Full Tilt web page using the code SPECIALS if ya do not currently have 1 with em.It really is a amazing bonus deal. They will DOUBLE your 1st deposit plus a couple other sexy perks. Sadly only going work for the first 1000 players that register usin this
What he fails to mention is that if everyone limped into the pot ahead of you and you are on the button, is that there is a lot of money in the pot worth fighting for. A raise at this point will get most of them out of the pot. You might want to do this with a good hand or you might want to play a hand that plays well in a multi-player pot. I love it when you have 4 or five players in the pot with AK, AQ, AJ, and KQ. Basically, the flop is unlikely to hit them and they cancel each other out.
Can someone tell when you are ALLOWED to FOLD and ALLOWED to check because I'm not too sure. Sometimes I'll say fold and my friends will say "why dont you just check for a free turn" and when I fold they say "you cant fold yet" when are these two acceptable?
@LoftyProduction you can fold at anytime as long as its your turn. When you check/call you are matching the previous players bet, if that bet was 0, you effectivley get a "free turn".
@LoftyProduction generlly you are allowed to fold if the person in front of you says its ok.you can always check however if all the players want you to fold then you must obey.. hope this helps:)
this is so fuken gay if u want to be a good player all you have to do is BRM and get experience hands on poker playing for you self is the best way to learn
i'm kinda new to poker but why is playing from position so important? I understand that you get to see what everybody else does if you have it, but if you have 76 off and dont hit the flop dont you have to fold any way if some one raises you?
No you don't have to fold, just because someone raises doesn't mean they actually have anything. Depends how many ppl called the raise before it gets to you, if it's only 1 player in then you have the option of reraising just to see if he actually has a hand because you're last to act. You're most only gona be involved in that situation having 76 off if there was no pre-flop raise, so no you don't have to fold, you have the option to bluff him out of the pot if he has not caught anything either.

Listen at 5:23, he meant to say "hand" but it sounds like the " -nd" didn't come out. His nervous eye movements and throat-clearing confirm this for me.
good vid. it's true. all about how to play your cards u can have a great hand but play it bad and have a mediocre hand and play it great that is the difference between and amateur player and a pro.
