Hi there! I like this video very much. May I ask why is the performer using such high stances? I thought southern styles (particularly Choy and Hung Ka) used much lower stances. I'm not familiar with this branch of Choy Ka, and it looks very powerful and interesting.

The grass was very slippery, if I put to much pressur on the feet i slipped. so I had to almost stand up.
