Pointing out what a child is doing right and working on struggles is very cruical, it's also very cruical to reward the child for small improvement in area's there struggling in so that they know they can accomplish things that everyone else can it just may take them a little longer. I have CAPD I'm sensitive to high pitch sounds, I can't concentrate or comperhend things well in a noisy area some people believe I'm stupid because of these things, but I'm not I'm actually very intelligent.
