This is a great idea, but i also find it somewhat amusing the fustration the maltese displays at trying to get out. Reminds me of when my Shih Tzu cant reach her tennis ball

puppy baby buggy bumpers?it works for cats if the fence is tall enough for it to jump. nice concept.
