there was an anime that i loved to watch about 6 years ago but i didn't know the name of it

It kind of about this little girl who can become an angel with the help of this weird magic dude. this ittle boy who likes the girl realizes that she can turn into an angel and thinks that the guy is suspicious because he recovered from the hospital so soon with his deep wounds. if anyone can help me i would be very greatful!

@timpelish I'm sorry for your loss! It was the same case with us. Our girl was old but still happy and energetic. Then just before we put her down she lifted her head and licked me and my mom. I cried like a baby and started playing this. Hopefully your dog is watching over you.
