L-tyrosine

and

GABA

(The other ingredient called Methyl cellulose is just filler)

You can get these from any health food store im sure, or from the internet for really cheap.

I agree with her. ADD Care has worked so well for my 10 year old son. He was on the verge of a nervous breakdown because of pressures at school and not being able to concentrate. I have always suspected he might have ADD but I did not want to give him drugs. He is brilliant and I didn't want to take that away. He just needed help focusing and concentrating. ADD Care gave him this ability naturally. He is doing so much better.
