From the looks of the video, it happened at night, meaning traffic density was low, meaning he didn't present a deadly threat to other drivers. Cops do think about that kind of stuff while pulling speeders over. I've been pulled over for 136 mph in a 65 mph zone (2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse) and I was let off with a ticker for 105 in a 65 (he lowered it for me).

@ding0925 Some cops will actually let a driver doing 100+ MPH go depending on their driving record and the density of traffic at the time. From the looks of the video, it happened at night, meaning traffic density was low, meaning he didn't present a deadly threat to other drivers. Cops do think about that kind of stuff while pulling speeders over. I've been pulled over for 136 mph in a 65 mph zone (2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse) and I was let off with a ticker for 105 in a 65 (he lowered it for me).
