  • This guy is lame,lame, lame. He doesn't even put real effort into jumping. You get the most from this exercise when you put the most effort into it.

    Is there a reason that your feet didn't travel together when jumping in and out?

  • I did not want to kick the chair...and also I wanted to switch it up...just to use a variety of muscles from different angles..
