What do Burpees do??? Ahmad I'm writing a 14 page paper right now, but I'm going to look at your videos. I've been working out for like 6 months and I'm seeing results but I want faster results overall body hope i can find helpfull Vids.

This guy is lame,lame, lame. He doesn't even put real effort into jumping. You get the most from this exercise when you put the most effort into it.
