He was captured way earlier in the series, but Link freed him from Ganon's control, and I think he's just been there at Pokemon Stadium protecting the Pokemon/area the whole time until now.

You can't unlock Mew in the game. You can only unlock its trophy or get Mew from a pokeball. Where did you come from?

if you have the all star mode( which you get by defeating classic and adventure mode with every character) you then must beat all star mode with any charecter at the difficulties of hard or very hard... that is when you unlock and get to use the mew charactar to use in battles.....the only down side to that is the fact that he wont come out of the poke balls if you are using him at the time.. i think that mewtwo comes out instead (unles you are using him at the same time).-1/2Tyler

No you don't, you get game and watch as soon as you complete Classic and Adventure modes with everyother character but you get Mew only through All Star Mode on hard. Shoot i have G&W but All Star is a friggin pain in my rear!!!-1/2 Tyler

He captured Mewtwo by stealing his powers and I think hypnotised it after Mewtwo was weaken. I think if you watched further ganon's plan with Mewtwo would be revealed.

with action replay, you can play on stages that you can only do by hacking of using AR. so he was able to use camera mode and tplay on the bonus stage as well at the same time

It's quite simple if you have expirience with movie maker its easy to do. Just do specil camera mode with super smash melee and then get the clips you want and edit them in movie maker i have 2 episodes i made with super smash as well. but no where as nere as popular and his =P

I did'nt understand this part 'cause they say they were trying to capture mewtwo and transform him into a slave but they say it was impossible but they did do it when link was draming and all that mewtwo was red and link had to use the lip stick to transform him back thats why I don't understand this part someone explain to me

The sages in this series...I think they are just linked to the OoT Sages by their power... not the actual sages themselves. Kinda like a reincarnation of the Sages powers like Link and Zelda keep being the reincarnations of the triforce pieces of Wisdom and Courage
