It´s fish hooking. You sratch with your fingernails inside your mouth your cheeks. But I wonder, that this is so much blood, because Kyo had done this often, when they´re touring.When you do often fish hooking (many days, behind one another) it comes not so much blood like on the beginning. But in the beginning, it comes very much, dark blood. so I don´t think this is fake. He sratch with power. Know somewhere, why he stopped it? -good!-

It´s real blood I think so. PhilFilth look at other performancs from him. He rip and scratch her chest like that. It´s no fake. But now, he stopped the self harming since a few years.

Hey man, this is fake blood. Do you really think in such a short moment like this, a great amount of blood can go out of his mouth like that. It's impossible, so he probably put some blood capsule in his mouth with his hands.

@PhilFilth try it yourself ;) From mouth the most blood comes out and mixes with the saliva so it looks like theres sooo much blood. Kyo has no need to fake anything -___-
