Classical blended with Rock..............It is awesome!! Well done!! Do you have any more catchy melodic Classical tunes you have sequenced and 'Rocked up' ?
Great project, but it's not correct, not by a long shot. Maybe that doesn't matter, but still, "inspired by" might be more appropriate than actually calling it Bach.
I build a computer in the late 70s, beginning 80s, and programmed a music-program for it. It could play two tones at a time, was an 8080-processor...
At "Jugend Forscht" in germany at 1980, i got a price for it, my brother had programmed this prelusduim/fugue into it, i had it con casette, but i can't find that casette any more :(
Let me congratulate you because the idea is so awesome, you should try programming the whole piece! would be very cool to listen it complete. I suggest to take off the drums, because you start with such an atmosphere that, when the drums come in, it feels out of place. Hope you consider my opinion :)
Thanks. I have built it up over several years. About one quarter of it was built from kits which are not available anymore. At current prices the system including cabinets, power supplies and patchcords would cost around $10,000 to buy.
fat sounds

Thanks! It's all done with analog step sequencers.

Does it play the piece only using sequencers? If it does, it's just freaky and awesome XD

¿Tan difícil era hacer la prueba con algo más de los dos primeros compases del preludio? Pregunto.

This is great! Have you worked with analogue delays at all?
wado1942 1 year ago
Thanks! I use delays all the time, mainly digital but love analog delay units. Unfortunately I cant afford to buy the one I would like.

all analogue sequencing? amazing, delightful rendition.

@VJFranzK Sequencers are digital by nature, since it's all on-off pulses. The sound is analogue though.

Dude... This stuff is excellent... Like, completely. I need similar hardware to survive, thus, I must find. Should finish the song too, it'd be win.

You should do an album of classical tracks completely done by analog stuff, that would be very cool . . .
