  • Wow. this guy rocks. never thought I'd see this Freeman stuff happen in court so effectively. Full respect to that man!

  • I don't understand why in the film itself, according to the close captions, the clerk to the court asked for Stephen Barry, not MR Stephen Barry.. so how can their testimony be spurious?

Fabulous lay representative. Love him on my side in any duel with such pompous authorities.

  • Courts are illegal. Nothing but a mafia-style protection racket

  • Wow!

  • I have no idea what just went on , but really ,really like the outcome :-)

  • Another victory for humanity!

  • When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.

  • Be careful humanoids thou . These people will stop at nothing to get you in the end. Always try and beware of the dangers that are everywhere.'Paranoia' will only keep you alive . Peace and harmony to all

  • man i wish i have that power to control the court room.good video by the way.that gift is from God by the way.

  • it looks like " MR BARRY" gave them one right in the yarbles, that is if they have any yarbles. on a more serious note, it does me proud to see people taking back their power from those that have violated the public trust and only serve a monarch and their bankster cronies. their claim to rule as GOD by their right is false. GOD gives no one such right as told to me by the creator.

  • Does anyone know if this also applies in an Irish court? And what can someone living in Ireland do to avoid paying Motor Tax?

  • DO AS THE CLERK (or JUDGE) SAYS, AND YOU'RE UNDER HIS JURISDICTION!

  • Im a little worried as I am a man who is going to court by himself soon. I dont have a bunch of people to take to the public gallery who will stay seated as the magistrates come in and deny them juristiction so therfore I will no doubt have to take the shafting by the statutes imposed on me by commercial law. Unless I have it wrong here and as long as I dont stand when they enter the court I can deny them juristiction over me? Im not sure...

  • @ashleelmb i just had to battles in court this week

criminal court and lost juristiction straight away

you must remember this is a "council tax' 'hearing' not a true court

if you aint in for council tax be ready for a kicking

i stood my ground and lost cos private security guards lied and police lied

but at least i got to say my piece without having someone speak for me

    peace

  • @psychodrilla: Yeah, Im talkin about a court de facto relating to comercial law statutes for tickets, cousil tax...etc. Im not summonsed to the common law court. I just look at this and think, Do I need a crew of 10 to 20 freemen/lay advisers acting for me in the public gallery, in order to resist the court juristiction or if I stay seated and resist by not standing myself will that work? im not sure...

  • @ashleelmb i was in with 10 people who never stood i never followed instruction we asked for the oath the judge did not bat an eyelid

we attempted to only enter the court under common law

    we were not heard

the judge started the case without us in the court

we asked all the same questions ray did and were ignored go careful

    peace

  • @psychodrilla: so did they voluntarily not stand or had you arranged that with them before they entered the court? Thats what im saying mate...if I was to deny the juristiction effectively, would i have to bring people with me...or is it that the public (who i havent brought or pre arranged with) in the gallery dont stand anyway because they arnt meant to. If thats the case I can just prepare what I have to do and say cant I?

  • @ashleelmb yes they were my friends and they were in the courtroom before i was called when the judge entered they stayed seated and every time the court 'rose' the only ones who stood were the clerks and ushers everyone else stayed seated

the court will still continue without anybody standing

    what are you in for?

  • @psychodrilla: parking fines and council tax. I guess Im just guna have to pay because Im living in an area where I dont know anyone. I wont be able to get anyone to come into court and sit in the gallery and stay seated for me...I take it if I remain seated alone, the public will probably stand and their standing will give juristiction to the magistrates and the judge even over me...am I right would you say?

  • @ashleelmb if your on your own you are fucked mate they will try to use force like in this video but they got knocked back by the skill of ray

on your own they will try to section you if you are not careful

sorry i can't help you out

check with ray see if he can help try to get an adjournment get on the freedom rebels forum get chattin i bet there are loads of people round ya into this i do talks round the uk about this stuff

    peace

  • @psychodrilla what was the final outcome of this???

  • maxim -The presence of the body cures the error in the name; the truth of the name cures an error in the description

  • how does it make sense to pay £400 to a solicitor to chase £300 where there is no application for costs? Somethings up eh!

  • So, let me get this right. The clerk, the magistrate, the solicitor are in cohotes with each other and they are really a corporate. Companies come together to steal money from the man.

And the Birth Certificate is but an instrument of legal fiction. I'm still getting my hands round this LOL.

If he said he's a legal person e.g. I am Mr Barry etc, then he would have given them right to enforce their rules. Is this right?

Cause if it is, then we're going to see a lot of this happening.

  • how come psychodrilla's channel isn't available??

  • @zezt normal service has resumed

    peace

  • Gotta say that was f'king awesome. 5*

  • 5*s

  • Superb.

  • dont think this would go over well here in America, might just get you locked up!

Nice to think of the possibility!

  • @BeAnEarthNut Think about the possibility long and hard.

    Watch this video watch?v=TbNIU2KEz4g

Then you'll see how important this issue actually is and that you seriously consider taking this kind of action TODAY, should the need arise.

  • great video

  • i tried this when i went to court. the judge just ruled that i was one in the same as the legal person. i stated again that i was a natural person John Doe not the legal fiction JOHN DOE. he again stated that i was one in the same. then fined me the max amount.

  • @cbr6864 you let him have juridiction over you, you didnt have a chance, this man had wittnesses, and peace officers, to back him up,

  • Can't seem to share this video on facebook.. is embedding and sharing allowed?

  • @smileykai77

  • @gausert123 I've got a feeling it will happen more often!

  • This needs to happen FAR more often.

  • Wow that layman really kicked some ass in court!

  • Very interesting video, much respect for the layman keeping it under control.
