He'll also show subtle jealousy when she pays Will attention. All that leading up to the chapter he finally has his chance to let her know how he feels about her ^_^

When he does see her she begins to run but he catches up to her telling her not to be scared of him. Then he asks what her name is and she introduces herself. The Ironic thing about the story is that Penelope "will" be the first woman who will take a sincere romantic interest in him which is something he always wanted ...and Wilhelmina will be the one to show dislike towards him, pointing out his faults that she senses from the moment she meets him expressing him much disrespect, yet he ends up falling for her instead X)
