I know that, atleast in Australia, you're required to wear something that's day-glow orange (usually a vest though) so you don't get shot by other hunters.

@nicksynnz 35 is enough with most modern bows. Its all about kinetic energy and you don't need big draw weight to get kinetic energy like you used to. The local bow tech here hunts deer and elk with a 50lb mathews Z7 and does just fine. Sure if you have a bow that 15 yrs old you probably need 45 or 50 minimum but thats just not the case anymore.
