Remember, the thing with railroad preservation is to restore items to as close to the original as feasible. It wouldn't make much sense to put #5's Vanderbilt tender on #70 if #70 already has her own, original, historically significant tender.

As I recall, the boiler specifications changed right after she was restored, or something like that.
