I believe every other translated version, like the German or Italian, have their cast sing it as well.

Fun fact: Opening 12- "Kaze wo Sagashite" was also, partly, sung by the Straw Hats.

@uknownada the series itself is just too long. it doesnt seem to find an end, which wouldnt be a bad thing if they could keep up introducing good characters as they used to. since the water 7 and thriller bark arc it started to loose the quality i was used to of one piece. and what was that with the 20 recap chapters of mermaid island? sooo boring. its just outworn by now

@whyisthisnicknamebad i was mainly discussing the manga and their new powers, i know what ur talking about when u say its getting worse as in character relationships and such. I feel that will be fixed as soon as the fish man island arc is over , hopefully, there are some tear jerking moments like drum island, loved that saga, but i feel like the manga is picking up again u can tell by the way they slowly ease into battles but having epic battles none the less

@Ounknown0 That's not footage from the show. That's original footage for the opening. It remakes the scene of Luffy crushing the Marine ships during the Enies Lobby arc.

I don't know the episode number, though.

@Ounknown0 The episode is near to the end of the water 7/enies lobby arc so my guess is that it is around 280-300 ish. Probably closer to 290 though.

@reviewmaster007 It's actually my favorite version of "We are", I just don't like it as an opening. There was no new animation, and all the episodes it was on were just flashbacks. I just didn't like it as an opening, but as a song it's great.

@Nejichung In the top 5, though that decision isn't final just yet.

These videos will be redone once the anime gets to the timeskip, so I can have the list about the best openings pre-timeskip. It's unknown whether or not another opening will premiere because the anime is getting pretty close to the manga so it might have some kind of "filler saga" like Naruto did. I'll redo the list when the anime gets there, which might be a little while.

I have the same opinion about the ending "Faith". I don't like it, but everyone else does.

@uknownada Amazing, the only thing that blew my mind was that Jungle P and Kaze Wo Sagashite got last... but your entitled to your own opinion as am I :) I still gotta watch your #6-1 video, but so far I enjoyed your choices and placement for the openings :D Good countdown. Also, if your gonna keep making these, your gonna have a long ass countdown one day, since Oda, the creator of One Piece, stated that One Piece will have "Over 1000 episodes"... I don't wanna guess how many openings lolz.

@StormSnake0618 Well, I've heard once that One Piece will have a second series for the timeskip, much like Dragonball and Naruto did. The current list will be redone when the anime gets to that point, and I might do post-timeskip openings when that series gets to 10. When the anime ends overall, I'll do a post-timeskip list and MAYBE an overall opening list. But that last one is a big MAYBE.

And yeah I can understand if you don't wanna do an overall top ?? countdown of all the One Piece openings overall when the series is done, that would be too painful. By the way, great job overall on the countdown, even though I disagreed at some points, I still enjoyed it and respect your opinion :D

I think the next series will be called "One Piece: New World", making sense because the rest of the series will take place there.

Still, though, we won't know until maybe late September. That might be when the new series will debut (though I'm guessing).

Because the real seventh opening is basically the same as the first, some people don't really count it as its own opening, despite the fact that it is a little different from the first.

No. That would ruin the purpose of these videos and is incredibly pointless. If you wanted to find opening 9 or 2 or anything else, just search for them. This is a list showing my favorites. I'm not going to change it.
