how much horses u put down???......when i bought my 2001 negaro s4, it was modified, i dynoed the car, it made 239 awhp, and around 256 awtq... so that's about 295hp at the crank, so i think my car is chipped..... stage 2...

You're not kidding.....that car didn't even chirp its tires around a hard corner at 75mph. Utterly beautiful handling and torque up the ass from 1,500 rpms with the "bi-turbo" which means a smaller turbo that spools really fast and a bigger turbo that is for the higher rpms. Fun fun

Man, I just don't know. I was really considering one of these as a purchase. I think of twin-turbo v8 and I just think of more than 518hp! Am I just jaded? Do I ask too much? This is definitely an accomplishment but does anybody else hear twin turbo v8 and think of more HP?

Yes but also that is to the wheels and when there is AWD there is more lost through the drivetrain. That and this isnt a huge monster V8 either its only a 4.2(i think)

This is actually a 2.7 liter V6. Twin turbo...twin intercooled. The GT25s aren't much bigger than the stock K04s that come on the European RS4. 518AWHP is a lot. You lose at least 20-25% of power past the crank. So that 518 is 75% of crank output. I want to remind you this car makes under 300 HP stock. For stock internals the around 650 at the crank is ridiculous. He more than doubled his HP on stock internals.

a tight squeeze? What are you talking about? The GT28r/s is a VERY common BT upgrade for these cars. They can bump wayyyy up. I've seen 35's, ive seen 38's and close to GT40's.. Anything can be done with enouogh fabrication

Oh dont get it wrong... We have an a6 1.8t quattro and it is fast for a big heavy estate but with the b5 a4 being alot smaller and lighter than the a6 it will be quite fast....and lower insurance
