I don't think Danny did all this to get fame, he did this to spread the word of God and to raise awareness for Sophia's heart foundation. This guy openly praises God all the time, to say he wants money and fame is just plain ignorant.

Why is Danny Gokey planning on Singing and using his Talent to get Fame and entertain people, he Should be using what God gave him, only to Glorify God . Remember God is Jealous. You can't serve two god's.
I'm a Musician myself and I would never use my talent to Entertain people or to get Fame, No matter how much money they would offer me.

@Cyberman86 Do you see what Danny being on Idol has done? He has shared his testimony with millions of people and impacted them, his songs have VERY good messages and he talks about God in his songs. Inspiring songs. He's not fame crazy at all, he's using the platform God gave him for good. He is reaching a lot of people this way. Look at the bigger picture.
I remember that day. it was awesome. I wanted to go to the concert at summerfest, but by the time I got out of school it would have been better to just stay home and watch it on tv.

They dont' even know they have the gay media and lambert friends to thank for their problem. But will soon find out.
One more thing, Adam is a tremendous talent. Voicewise, he is hard to touch....but Danny also has a great voice, and he has something more to give to the world than Adam could ever give, the gift of his tremendous faith. What greater gift would someone want?
Danny looks so comfortable around his fellow Christians. He needs to stay true to himself and continue to use his talents to sing praise to God and spread His message to the world. If he does that, I know the power of God will come right through him. His blessings and rewards will be tremendous.
I was at the church for Danny's visit. You can tell that he didn't want leave. Yes, he's the choir director and was at home running the show.
