The same thing happened to me during a dress rehearsal. We were going over the choreography to the opening number, I had a solo line so I was in the front row and one of the dance steps was like a forward kicking motion. When I did the kick my shoe flew off and hit our choreographer, who was standing right in front of me, in the crotch! Thankfully our choreographer was a girl.

That happened to me when I was Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast (Just like Joey Richter haha) the magical objects were in a huddle and I go One... Two... Three and I flung my hand up and my candle hand flew off and i was just standing there holding a grill lighter in my hand.
