Its not fake, its homebrew software called MapThis. Takes less than 2 minutes to install on your hacked PSP, just drop the mapthis folder it into your PSP/500 folder, and fire it up from Games/Memory Stick in the Crossbar. But you will only have the tiny sample New York maps; you must then build a map file for your area, for the size map you want, and the data is pulled from Google maps, saved to memory stick, and gps reciever plots you on the saved to memory stick Google map section.

Looks like MapThis 5.2 homebrew software... source code is included with the download, so you can add to it or modify program. You use Google Maps to build your map data, using linux scripts, which is a bit involved.

Its fake...Google maps requires internet access to refresh the map.

And if you look at :32 you can clearly see an

off ramp on the map but its not there when he is driving :P
