u maybe don't know but chile is a sismic country so there' s a rule that u have to put more base than usual so they don't fall but of course not many ppl do that cause is too expensive
@maestrocaliente if this building is one of them which i think it shows in these security tapes because the waves seem to be dampened for the size of the quake.

Hay un error! En el epicentro fue 8,8 Ritcher. En Santiago, fue menos. Creo que grado 8,0.
