Shaun Micallef is my favourite comedian, ever. And his son goes to my school. So when I unexpectedly saw him last year at an awards ceremony, I shook his hand, had a brief conversation with and got an autograph from him.

Shaun Micallef deserves to be knighted, or perhaps even some non- christian equivalent if you ask me...he is one of the most extraordinary humans on earth...i've been a devoted fan for years (Micallef Pogram) and, as displayed in this video, rightly so! His Moore/ Cook stage show "Good Evening" with Stephen Curry at the melbourne comedy festival is no exception. Classic, genius, consistant, timeless, intruiging and most importantly, incontinently funny... i take my hat off to you Sir Shaun!...

Wow, Micallef can even make Rove Live funny. It's amazing that he went relatively unrecognised until the rather humdrum Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation. I mean, he's always had a strong following, but not strong enough to prevent him from getting cancelled mid-season on Channel Nine.
