I'm no pilot, however a lot of helicopters have the potential to roll and some can even fly upside down. You'd have to weigh the risk and reward. Do you take your multi-million dollar aircraft as well as your life and invert it midair and hope that when you push down on the collective, the blades carry the load and the bird stays in the air? I'd personally opt not to. But there are stunt pilots who do. :)
