I watched this vid for the first time a couple of days ago, but while I was watching it again just now I thought I had to tell you how fantastic it is! I have known the song for a while (it played in "Sweet November" with Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron) and it is so perfect for your wonderful selection of Grey's-finale fragments. So much of the show came back to memory that it was like watching all those series again. Thanks.

This is a beautiful compilation. I love how wonderfully the transitions flowed together between the different finales. Esp Izzie in the pink dress then cutting to Cristina in her wedding dress.
