Thank You, I have been learning qigong, traditional chinese medicin for 10 years. All the local teachers have retired and moved away. I have started to teach, trying to bulid a comunity. I have done this form before but not from memory. Thanks for bring it back to me. I need these vidios to keep me from fealing so lonly and isolated.
