Lol aren't you incriminating yourself by telling a very public internet community that you have an ounce of pot in your possession, with that said smoke it all before the cops arrive.
@posmerk It was a 15 second mistake. My building alarm went off not 75 feet away. I ran to shut it off, never thinking someone was staking the lot out--- my stupid mistake!
@LizBabe78 Believe me, it was not orchestrated. This is real and was very upsetting. I lost 2 nights sleep contacting all my financial institutions, changing passwords, etc. But I'm happy to accept the 'well done' regarding the poster we put up that led to all the press to help me try to recover my computer.
@LizBabe78 No, unfortunately, but I may have someone who knows exactly what type of car it was so I can at least tell police to be on the lookout for it.. Thx
Is it me or did you leave the car unlocked?? No excuse there to be robbed, but you are never ever safe, no matter where you go... ppl take advantage of other ppl's naiveness!! Sad and revolting!! Hope you get it back... and always lock your car... =)
@TFMachado07 Thx. Yes, the car was unlocked for a total of 30 seconds while I ran to shut off our company alarm set off by an employee I didn't know was still there.
whats the point of a survelliance cam, if i cant even see the mother fucker. or you for that matter. all i can tell is ur car is either audi/infiniti type car. and theres a handicap spot next to u.
@airic554 my car is the infiniti. The camera wasn't totally in focus which is really frustrating, and the overexposure of the plates make it impossible to get the license. It would be great to know exactly what type of car he was driving.
You have to look at the video to understand. I was running to turn off an alarm a fellow worker set off at my company. I was only out of my car for 30 seconds and never more than 50 feet away. Just a case of incredible timing.
What time of day was this? About when work shifts usually change? It's not uncommon for thieves to drive parking lots to catch someone who just showed up so they know they have a bit of time to work on the car.
Problem is, the video is probably not high enough resolution for anyone to feel comfortable accusing someone of it, but at the same time if the thief realizes the vid is up s/he may avoid being around this area so you have less chance of catching her/him in the act again.
Ummmm, no offense meant but you and anyone else who reads this should lock your vehicle as soon as you get IN and OUT of it, regardless of location, reason, etc. That is the only way to prevent this kind of crap. Get over it.

There's a 75% chance this whole thing was orchestrated. Publicity stunt.
If so, well done, D4. Well done.

So the computer has your entire life, but you have no backups?!

@THausherr No, I actually didn't have it backed up. Now I'm backing up everyday. Yes, I was stupid not to do so... but alas...

muzicequalshappy 1 year ago
@muzicequalshappy but only for 25 seconds! And only 50 feet away...

I just replaced the original video because "Philadelphia" was spelled wrong.. KS
