Although Tina seemed a bit suspicious at the end since she was the one who started asking if anyone had seen Jenny, I feel like Bette killed Jenny, and then left the scene of the crime, Then I think Tina came to the balcony, saw dead Jenny, and freaked, which was what caused her to act so weird around Bette and Max.

Jenny was the whole reason i started watchin the L word. i fell in love with her when i saw her in The Black Dahlia. But after i started watchin the L word, i just couldn't wait for her to die. She was just downright weird and manipulative. Sad to say, but im pretty glad she died. However i still love Mia though, i just hated her character.

It was Bette who killed Jenny. Shane was the wrong girl whom Jenny has fallen for, she's not that faithful and she will not be that faithful. The only girl whom Shane ever loved was Molly. But what did Jenny do? She hid the letter in the attic and remained silent all the time and made Shane forget about Molly and not being able to reconcile with her, and Shane did not know about it.
