  • Amazing. I'm totally incorporating this into my yoga training that I use for tribal belly dance, it looks phenomenal.

  • this just helped me immensly..i followed your technique....and bam..muscle mind connection in the LEFT part of my abdomin. ha. feels wierd. ^_^

  • Your video was very good! i can do this Nauli now! Thanks!

  • Cool technique, but I'd rather learn it from the girl on the sidebar in the bikini

  • thank you very much i cant believe it worked on me

  • What's the downside to just closing your mouth rather than "corking" with the tongue?

  • hey Larry thanks for the tutorial, Ive been practicing for a week now butt Im experiencing pain in my right shoulder joint exactly when I pull "up" my stomach, pulling it in is fine though... is there anything I can do?

  • Larry, great video. You look very fit and flexible for 61 :-) I wonder if you could also do a more detailed video on uddiyana bandha for beginners, focussing in particular on the things one needs to be careful of. I've heard of people having serious health problems because of wrong practice of these kriyas.

  • Hey for sixty-one year old guy you're in great shape with great stomach muscle tone! It's good you have demystify the practice of Nauli by giving precise and articulate instructions. You are an inspiration and thank you for sharing!

  • THANKYOU~! I could not figure how to do this, but you SIR TAUGHT ME HOW!Thankyou master! xD

  • The white man can never master our Indian art, you're better off learning it straight from the source.

  • @kansasisaband ah sorry my friend, that comment was a year old I retract it, your video is wonderful
