Making videos and doing what she does is Ingrid's dream and there isn't anything wrong with it. Ask many of the YouTubers, doing this IS hard because since it is they're job, they have so much more that they have to take care of behind the scenes. When you do it for fun, you post what you want when you want to. There aren't time restraints.

She does it whenever she feels like it. I bet the only reason she is doing VlogYear is to get as much money as possible from making a million videos. I work 12 days on and 2 days off. I'd love to see any YouTube "guru" do that.
