Goed, geen last van differentieel.

De auto ging alleen achter steeds lager hangen, uitlaat rubber begaf het en de accu was niet al te best waardoor hij (op de meest penibele momenten) niet starte (troep tussen de accu plaatjes zo redeneerden wij doordat bij veel schudden van de auto dit vvorkwam).

Ah dat is nog het minste , beresterke motoren. Ik zou graag met mijn 190d een mini road-trip doen in europa . Indien ik genoeg geld heb als arme student , een video zal zeker volgen op youtube indien dit door gaat :p Wat is het liedje op 1 min 18 ? :p

thanks for your comment. It had about 265.000 km's when we bought it in the Netherlands. (or so the odometer stated).

The trip is a nice one, I would certainly recomend it if you like a vacation of the beaten track.

Thanks. In general the wagon is not very popular in Africa, neither is the 3 liter engine (consumes too much) and neither is a right hand drive. If its an automatic this will drop the price even more. But depending on the state, I think you will be able to get two tickets back to London (500 pound each?). Have fun!

I have abandoned my plans for Africa for the moment, I keep reading stories of people getting kidnapped in Mali and don't fancy that, so my W124 is going on a trip to Mongolia!
