you need to get custom firmware which means making or purchasing a pandora battery and magic memory stick, i personally bought mine at pandorasales(dot)com , i bought the extended life battery that lights up, its pretty tight dude

It's custom firmware. It's an unofficial [hacked] firmware. If you have a CFW enabled PSP and you downloaded this file, simply drop it into your iso file, disconnect your USB and enjoy this game! Simple as that. Oh and if you have CFW and don't have an ISO file, you can create one, just make a new folder in your psp root and rename it "ISO". There, done.
