Maybe i should be on government over there and starting thinking and helping the people rather than the pockets that get filled now WOW how i could make a difference i would get country to state of england NO POOR PEOPLE
the country needs to get its hand inits pocket and spend some money,,,,,,,,, if the government built in proper drain system with drains at side of road all leading to big pipe in middle of road 90% of the water on the streets would not be there,,,, look at it this way the government will spend more money everytime there fast raing or typhoon and in long run they would spend less if they had proper drainage system same as England at lease when we get really bad rainfalls it all does not flood
