It sucks that they promoted their biggest show of the year for months and months, and then gave us what felt like a rushed iMPACT! episode. Where was the big event feel or presentation? The last two BFGs were great. I found this one highly disapointing.
Tna does that because he is the legend that they have and use him in their biggest ppv of the year. They got him and Angle as the top legends in their company. I checked out the buy rates and whenever Sting or Angle was in the main event..the buy rates were huge for them.
i can understand tna's reasons for using sting in the main event of bound for glory but its getting kind of boring now watching bound for glory. i can already predict that sting is gonna be in the main event again next year. thats the prediction i made after boun for glory 06 that he would be in the title match and it became reality. i mean cant sting just be in a normal big match situation not having to deal with the title main event? guys like Christian and AJ deserve that opportunity
I understand but Sting hasn't held on to the belt forever like (somebody named HHH) Sting was not in the main event spotlight for a long while. You can't beat Sting because it is all up to Dixie Carter, Jarretts, and the writers. From what I heard...Sting wanted the younglings to be in the main event but Russo and company wanted diffrent.

It sucks that they promoted their biggest show of the year for months and months, and then gave us what felt like a rushed iMPACT! episode. Where was the big event feel or presentation? The last two BFGs were great. I found this one highly disapointing.

Tna does that because he is the legend that they have and use him in their biggest ppv of the year. They got him and Angle as the top legends in their company. I checked out the buy rates and whenever Sting or Angle was in the main event..the buy rates were huge for them.

i can understand tna's reasons for using sting in the main event of bound for glory but its getting kind of boring now watching bound for glory. i can already predict that sting is gonna be in the main event again next year. thats the prediction i made after boun for glory 06 that he would be in the title match and it became reality. i mean cant sting just be in a normal big match situation not having to deal with the title main event? guys like Christian and AJ deserve that opportunity

I understand but Sting hasn't held on to the belt forever like (somebody named HHH) Sting was not in the main event spotlight for a long while. You can't beat Sting because it is all up to Dixie Carter, Jarretts, and the writers. From what I heard...Sting wanted the younglings to be in the main event but Russo and company wanted diffrent.

There you have it folks! Sting is not a greedy, selfish bastard trying to hog the spotlight one more time. Don't be surprised to see TNA take the title off of The Stinger before 2008 is over. I can never remember Sting holding the title for more than 6-7 months. Sting is to Bound For Glory what The Undertaker is to Wrestlemania. Now there is my dream match of dream matches!

If TNA was going to make Roxxi lose to a bridging German suplex after a FIVE MINUTE MATCH why did they even bother with a month of pushing her? I want my combined 20 minutes of watching Rough Cut segments back.
She's done so much for the company and gets nothing in return. If I were her i'd be pulling a Carlito on management right now.
But since I like to end on a good note: Monster's Ball was the best match ever.

joe vs. sting was one of the best matches i`ve ever seen.
the monsters ball tag team match and the x-division match were one of the best tna matches of the years.

Awesome ppv. Not one bad match on it. Not as dominant a performance for Joe like the announcers claim. The way they make it sound it was a total squash until Nash hit Joe with the bat. It was a great match no doubt.
