Not quite. Wine takes the most common DLLs, used in most applications (hence "most common"), and as long as programs don't require extra DLLs, the program will run without issues. If it requires extras, it may not run as desired.

Oo Wine is awesome I use it allot but there are some things it dosnt do. For example, run RPG Maker on it (it lags like a beast)
