One other thing: note how ALL the judges are smiling from about 5-10 seconds into his performance. Superb talent shows immediately in many cases. (Not all--one on AGT is a great example--the audience started booing, then, halfway through, turned to cheers.) Callum, Natalile, Hollie, Shaheen (on his second song), Shaun, Aidan, Julian, Susan, Stavros Flately, Diversity, Flawless, Kate & Gin, Ben & Becky, Connie, Paul Potts, and more all were obvious within 10-15 seconds.

It just struck me how many of the kids who got 3 yeses ran off the stage--Callum, Hollie, Kieron Gaffney, Lagi of Stavros Flatley--right to their parents. They know how to express real joy. Watch the judges when they do--they're happy, too--and sometimes crying with the kids.
