@francisuan well when i disabled the coool and quiet my cpu went from 3.p00 to 3.01 so i tried to increase the fsb and i can increase the cpu clock but what is the safe value to make it the clock or the fsb i mean
@omegadavid99 Safe value for me would be at 10% overclock because I have a stock cooler. I don't reach 3Ghz though since I only have the Athlon 2 x4 620 which has a stock of 2.6 Ghz. My safest overclock is only at 2.8Ghz which is a 7% overclock using the overclock profile on the motherboard.
is when the cnq off the cpu is more overclockable?

@omegadavid99 I think that would be possible. Just add more voltage to make it more stable.

Yup. But i used the overclocking profile on the BIOS set-up which is set it at 7% overclock.
Overclocks the processor and memory without having to mess around with the FSB and multiplier.
