Where I'm eating, it's also a chain-like thing, and we pay with a card we recharge somewhere but there is no takt time, there is variability in the time we need to choose what we'll eat, time we take it, time we move, time we pay, we don't enter at a regular pace, but it's still FIFO

At better places where there are diferent chains, or ilots and we pay at a diferent place so it's not FIFO but more like first an improved version where you can double slower people

Is this video is ass backwards? In my experience people who use credit cards are slower than those who use cash.
