Nailed everything but the lightbar itself, and the latter doesn't need that many changes. The CA Highway Patrol actually has red fwd/in, white out, blue aft in the 1 and 7; blue except aft red in 2 and 6; white except aft blue in 3 and 5. 4 is correct, as it is used for either TCL (R-AMB + WW), or SB (R-RED + F-RED, R-RED + WW).

Yeah it probally look likeother people work because everyone uses red/blue flash leds but this I did off my own ideas.

Yeah, Thanks. I beleive that the LAPD Police Department DOES NOT have pushbars in the front of their units, you can search up some pictures off google and see for yourself.
