I love your top! very cute with the butterflies!. great video. Im going to try this your way. my potatoes were parboiled and sliced fat and are currently turning ugly brown.. I couldnt eat them like that.
I thought you could not make mashed potatoes out of the dehydrated potatoes. The host on Dehydrate 2 Store said you could not . But listening to you I thought I heard you say you were going to make mashed potatoes from the bag that was sealed too tight.

Thank you so much for this video would love to see more on canning and dehydrating :) what kind of potatoes did you use? are they russet? Also how long did you have them in the dehydrator? I have the same one :) cant wait to try this :) thanks so much, Carmen
@shweetpotato I used red potatoes and I dehydrated them for about 14 hours . I think it depends on where you live and the weather . Good luck and I hope you have fun with your dehydrator .Thanks for watching .
I just found out today I have 2 slicers for my machine a thin and a thick I knew that before I just forgot , my age is catching up with me darn .
So today I am making my ham and potatoes and I sliced my potatoes with the right slicer this time. I bet they don't break this time , I might have to make potato chips out of the other ones .
Respond to this video... the potatoes last a long time like this and don't spoil . I will rehydrate them in water and cook them . I will chop up some ham , put a layer of potatoes then some flour and butter and a pinch of dehydrated onion then a layer of ham over and over till my pan is full and then add milk , then bake it on 350 for 1 hour in the oven . The flour and butter and milk make a gravy for the ham and potatoes to cook in . It is really good Thanks for watching
