the only story i remember of the afghan legend ahmad zahir was...tht one sunny afternoon he comes bck 4rm recording studio...and faqir(gada) was standing by his house gate n ask the legend 4 some food..so he gone inside n brought a big plat(ghori) of afghani pulao n sat down wth tht faqir beside tht gate n told him am hungry2 so they both started 2 eat 2gether on same plate....i say wht a down 2 earth true n proud afghan.

brings tears to my eyes to watch this video,ahmad zahir lived only one block away from our house, i have lots of great memorys, seeing him almost everday, he was a very friendly and funny guy,one day i went up to ahmad zahir and asked him if he was ahmad zahir, he picked me up kissed me on my cheek and sing a song to me and gived me 50 afghani. good old days will never come again. i hope one day our country become peacful again like it was back then.
