is that Thundurus legit? (can it be used on wifi?) cause im pretty sure Thundurus cant learn Recover. btw, does this Thundurus have HP Ice w/ high iv's, mostly in speed (enough to get at least 351 speed) and sp. atk? sorry if im being too picky

@Stino2011 The VGCs are annual double battle tournaments held by the Pokemon Company and Nintendo. Regionals are held in many different parts of the US. Place at Top 16 in regionals, and you qualify for Nationals. Place Top 8 at Nationals, you advance to the World Championships, where you face the best trainers from other countries who have placed at the Top 8 in their countries' Nationals. I've been to Nationals already, but lost.

The reason I asked if these are hacked and can legally be used at these tournaments is because when you sign up at the counter at the tournament venue, they have a hacker check, and if your copy of Pokemon Black or White causes their infrared checking device to ring off, that means it has detected a hacked pokemon, item, move, etc. on your chosen team, and you cant enter the tournament until you remove them.

@XiaolinMonk19 I don't think its a good idea to use them at the VGCs. the pokemon themselves are legit, but the method on how you get them isn't exactly "legal".

i can't seem to get pokegts to cooperate first i went in to try to get these and the DNS wasn't connecting with my router then when i tried to go in later to get a few event pokemon it dead stopped working please tell me it's not down again
