  • Lovely phones. I restore the British 332 bakelite telephones (made in the 1940's and 1950's) and they are fantastic to work with. These old phones are much better than the modern line line telephones of today :-)

  • @MsBakelite Thank You!!! I love these old telephones!!

  • i love that 302

  • @sassyface1943ho It is a beauty!!!! I just bought a bunch of rare old phones but the 302 is my fav!

  • the black one rocks! i love the sound of the dial . whats the black model called?

  • @cjh661 Automatic Electric AE50 Monophone. The Tan one is rare though. Thanks for the response!!!!

  • @tell302man

I think the 50 is a wall 'phone; that looks like a 34a. I have a 40, which was a later model, but of quite similar styling, and a 80 from the plastic era.

  • @srfurley You are right I love the phones and have hundreds but I am not good with all the model numbers! Thanks for the info!

  • Something sounds wrong with the dial on the white 302 reproduction.

  • @matkovicha That is no reproduction my friend that is a genuine RARE color version of the 302. they made them in several different colors Blue being the hardest to find. The dial is perfect it sounds that way because it is a number 5 I think that has been adapted with a clear dialer. All of these 302s had a clicky dial.

  • @tell302man That is really cool, I am glad that there is nothing wrong with the dial.
