Except, maybe if you did some research, he says they heard it every other night or so. And look at the eyes blink. Yeah, the cheapest that "costume" would be is thousands of dollars because that is some real hollywood stuff if it is. Even experts at proving this stuff false still cannot find any evidence to claim this is fake.

He pointed the camera toward the window deliberately. He had already seen it before so someone gave him the idea of setting up a night view camera at the window, which he did. That is how he got to record it. ;)
