Hey great build! i am in the process on installing the srt stage 2.75 kit on my lex and i always liked to get a quick insight from other peoples experience and learn more from them.

So...a few Q's

1. It looks like your automatic, have you done a vb upgrade? if so which type?

2. Did you put in Head gasket and head studs?

3.How long has it been since you got the build done and is everything still holding up or u had some bumps in the road here and there?

they stopped making all the good parts from the is300.

you can get a new triple gauge from the STI's and custom fit it easily...

yea but only able for 2 low boost pulls

it made more power on 8 psi than it did on 16psi on the previous tune 8psi at 375hp 330tq on 16 its easily 415hp

too much and yes its a e-shift and if ur wanting to turbo your car buy a 2jz-gte motor and trans that comes stock twin turbo that will be your best bet insted of buying a custom turbo kit

Ya. I live in Cali to. There r some greddy turbos that are emissions legal but i dont think them make em 4 is. U can have the car smogges then put a turbo on it and take it off everytime u gotta smog

yes but no i bought the kit to begin with but the only thing i ended up keeping was the manifold ic piping and the wastegate but the wastegate had to be modified it was a junk kit the turbo was crap the boost cont was garbage and the bov was a cheap tial nock off i recently put a percision ball bering turbo on and a srt torque converter and a valve body with a new greddy profec boost cont n full auto turbo timer n a wideband gauge and data logger its running 16psi n it made 425hp and 440tq

i was running 8psi on a rich tune making 313hp now i have added a few things percision ball bering turbo srt billet torque converter srt valve body upgrade greddy profec 2 boost cont greddy auto turbo timer wideband kit and gauge and a data logger im putting some big m&h drag slicks on the back for the drag strip season it made 425rwhp and 440rwt its a monster and its cost me to much money to even remember but its an adrinaile rush i will putting up a new video aroung the 2nd week of march

sort of, the 2JZ-GTE (Supra Turbo'd) engine has stronger internals.

when and if you do, if you want more than 320HP then you should change your transmission. anything more than 320HP then your playing with fire.

manual is300 manual holds 350 fine - auto holds 400. Anything more requires change. You might as well go with the supra tranny if you're gonna go with a tt engine. then you're golden as far as withstanding hp and tq.
