The book is actually called just "Uglies", without a "The". And... David wasn't mad when he realized Tally was a betrayer. Shay was. And, he wouldn't have time to throw a chair for some key reasons:

1) there was no chair in the wilderness

2)He was with Tally on the run the whole time

But on the other hand, you guys are GREAT actors!

Yes it is, I´ve read it, I absolutely recommend it! Tally is not just choosing between loyalty to her friend against her own well being but also fight against society which in a way controls people´s minds and moral values...
