Jimbim check your fedex tracking number, it will show you the deliver date, if you ordered from Ugobe they are shipping overnight.

The batteries were freshly charged at this point. When put back on his feet he would wake back up. This is normal in his infancy stage. But yes he does sleep when the battery gets low. And when he is a little older when turned upside down he doesn't sleep he struggles.
