sparrowhawks try and get birds to fly into windows all the time. the bird kills itsself hitting the window and the hawk gets an easy meal in which it doesnt have to kill.

must have been good to see,i looked out into my garden yesterda and one was eating somthing,it turned its head 180 degrees without moving its body, and stared at me. when i went out there was only feathers,it's amazing!
