i have read many comments on the Quran and Islam here. the question involves "right and wrong". which "god" is more "holy" to decide this? Allah? Jehovah? Quran? Bible? i've seen many things in the christian church which are unchristian. i imagine i would find many things in the muslim belief that are "unmuslim". perhaps the ideal is to do away with religion in general. maybe then even "God" would hear the "Peace Train" which Mr. Stevens/Islam speaks about.

i have read many comments on the Quran and Islam here. the question involves "right and wrong". which "god" is more "holy" to decide this? Allah? Jehovah? Quran? Bible? i've seen many things in the christian church which are unchristian. i imagine i would find many things in the muslim belief that are "unmuslim". perhaps the ideal is to do away with religion in general. maybe then even "God" would hear the "Peace Train" which Mr. Stevens/Islam speaks about.

It Is good to see yusuf islam singing. Because, at the beginning of his conversion he had very strong point of views i.e. he refused mental music. And i hope as a muslim, that he become more liberal and will not see the coverage of muslims women as a must at all,( normally It is not a must to be a good muslim woman), although his wife is covered. The Quran teaches peace mercy, & love towards each other. It teaches intolerance towards people that do wrong to others. These people are being disobedient to the rules of humanity &hence the rules of God by being evil &should fear. Please read the Quran without pre-conceptual ideas & u will see the beauty in it.

Ive been listening to Cat Stephens since I was 15, I'm almost 40 now. This is one of my favourite songs. I wished and knew Yusuf would give us 'Peace Train' again. It is more apt now than it ever was. Thank you
